How can I upgrade my account
To upgrade/downgrade your service you will need to login to your billing account, this can be found straight after logging into your MyINX account, here:
Once you have logged into your main billing section select My Products & Services :
This will bring up a list of your current services with us, including past services. Select the edit icon (like in the screenshot below) which relates to the package you’d like to upgrade.
Now you will be shown the details about this package. Please ensure this is the correct package/service you wish to upgrade by comparing the details shown. Once you are sure, press the Upgrade/Downgrade button.
Now simply select your upgrade/dowgrade options. You will be given a price on the fly for the upgrade, as shown below:
Once you have selected your required upgrade/downgrade, click continue to receive a price summary. You can then click continue and the invoice (if required) will be generated.
Once done, click the invoice number to pay it.
Now the invoice has been paid, please raise a support ticket quoting the Invoice ID and we will upgrade your server
